Just fixing a few things that I received feedback about:

Added ability to skip opening cutscene due to having to rewatch it every time you die
Added controller support: Left stick to move, Right stick for camera, Left face button to use ability, and start to pause game or skip cutscenes
Fixed a bug where a torch would appear in front of the camera during ending cutscene
